Passion Shoes online shop is available in Poland and selected European countries.
Free delivery of over 500 zł applies only in Poland.

I. IN POLAND

Orders placed in the Passion Shoes online store are delivered through the company's systems Paczkomatow InPost provided by InPost Paczkomaty  based in Cracow (www.paczkomaty.pl) oraz Poczta Polska(www.poczta-polska.pl) based in Warsaw.

We will do our best to ensure that your order has been processed successfully and that your purchase has been made to you as soon as possible. Total delivery time of delivery, delivery is 1-3 business days. Shipments are sent from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays in Poland.

II. IN EUROPE

In the event that the ordered goods are to be delivered outside the borders of Poland, to one of the selected European countries, orders are delivered through the courier company Poczta Polska(www.poczta-polska.pl) based in Warsaw. By the time of order fulfillment, please include the time the courier delivers the shipment to the region indicated by you, which is shown in the table below:
